Welcome…we are Celestial Thunder, a trio of fine musicians playing a variety of music. Originals…we have them. Folk, country blues, the gamut of Americana music. From left to right: Suzanne Levy on guitar and vocals, Rebecca Hoogstraten on vocals and percussion, and Bruce Howard on harmonica and vocals. We came together out of Covid. Let me explain. We began by jamming outside in my backyard in the summer of 2020. Finding a common love of playing together, nevertheless, we persisted. We’ve been doing a variety of mid-Michigan open mics and have picked up a few paying gigs over the course of the ladt year. We come from a variety of social backgrounds and locales but have all ended up in the East Lansing area.
